Board of Directors

You have 4 options for nominating members to the Board of Directors for Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028:
1)  You can respond to the nomination email sent out on June 13
2)  Call the chapter office – your identification will be confirmed (804) 378-0017
3)  Direct Mail nominations –  PVA Mid-Atlantic

4)  Via Zoom from 3:00-5:00 PM on July 1st (log-in to be provided)

You are limited to 10 nominations, and you may not nominate yourself.

DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS – 5:00 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY JULY 1st

Following the nomination process, you will receive a ballot in the mail listing all of the confirmed, certified candidates, along with instructions.

Ballots will be tabulated on August 16th, with our newly elected Directors announced the following day.

Your new Board of Directors will officially take office on October 1st.
