The Paralyzed Veterans of America Mid-Atlantic Chapter offers programs, services and activities to our members living with disabilities in Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia.

ROlling with Randall
Randall is Rolling again in 2026 after completing a 270 mile wheelchair journey to The Pentagon and raising more than $25,000 to support fellow Veterans through the PVA Mid-Atlantic Chapter and MS Research in May 2025.
He will be making a wheelchair journey across North Carolina. Starting at East Carolina University, Randall will be traveling almost 400 miles and ending on Memorial Day weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway!
