Letters will be sent out to all members explaining the Board of Directors (BOD) nomination process. You can send in your nomination for BOD three ways:

  • E-Mail to:  MidAtlanticElections@gmail.com
  • Phone Call to Chapter Office (w/ identification)
  • Direct Mail nomination

Deadline for Nominations

July 2021

Election ballots will be mailed to all members. Those ballots will be used to vote. Each ballot will include:

  • Nominated members
  • Link to website included for reviewing candidate bios
  • Self-addressed return envelope

August 2021

 

Deadline for ballots received to be counted.

 

16

August 2021

 

BOD for the 2022 fiscal year will be announced.

September 2021

 

Newly elected officers will meet.

1

October 2021

 

The new board will assume office.
